Bring Home a Taste of Currituck
When you visit the The Northern Outer Banks Visitor’s Center in Moyock, you’ll find copies of A Taste of Old & New, a collection of stories and recipes from the Historic Jarvisburg Colored School Association. Though the museum is currently closed for renovations, proceeds from cookbook sales benefit the continued maintenance of this important landmark in our community’s African-American history.
